The Historicity of Adam and Eve

This is Alister McGrath defending a non-historical Adam. Let me know your thoughts.

  1. If we reject the a historical adam and eve then we reject the imputation of Adams sin. We lose the origin of sin. We negate several clear teachings of the NT of the judicial process by which we are declared righteous by the better Adam.

Even more perplexing is by what authority do we pick and choose what is true? Why not throw out the old ages, the flood, talking mules, radical wars, parting of seas, and raising people from the dead. This is not Christianity.

    Just my 2 cents
